The creation of this academy is to help clubs within the surrounding areas without specialist GK training.
‘As a player who had limited resources developing in my own playing career, I want to ensure this generation of goalkeepers have the opportunity to fulfil their abilities.
I have over 12 years of coaching experience, from local community clubs to national team environments as well as pursuing and gaining the highest level of qualifications in the game. My approach to goalkeeping is unique, I want create a positive individual who will not only excel at goalkeeping but use all the lessons learned in their football experiences and take them forward in life’.
'Lorna is a hard working and highly motivated GK coach. Her sessions are designed to develop the goalkeepers abilities and to educate them on the demands that are placed on the goalkeeper. Lorna is also currently pursuing the new GK A Licence, this shows that she is looking to develop her own skills as a coach and hopefully progress up the coaching ladder'

Lorna has proven skills of developing young goalkeepers from all ages and stages through to professional football. Providing a professional, structured and safe/enjoyable environment for the athletes to learn and grow. Lorna provides the necessary challenges to enhance the development of young GK's and has the experience to tailor the delivery to suit.
