Academy Structure.
LEsson Goalkeeping Academy aims to achieve a sustainable structure where goalkeepers from the age of 9 can progress through the academy levels and graduate into the elite programme.
Academy Code of Conduct

An individual must never interfere with another individual’s development.

All goalkeepers will help each other to develop and provide suitable feeding.

All goalkeepers must acknowledge everyone in the group.

All goalkeepers have the right to speak freely however it must be suitable in regards to the environment.

Any breaches will result in the appropriate parent correspondence.
Company Policy
Payments: All payments must be paid before attendance of the session. First session is free.
Diciplinary Process: No Nonsense. Yellow card/Red card process.
If an individual breaks a code of conduct after being verbally told to change, a meeting with the parents and yellow card will be issued. If this persists a red card is issued and the individual will leave the academy. Process slightly altered depending on the situation.
